Man Wakeskating in Flooded Tennessee Streets Gets Arrested

Fort Worth, Texas is expected to open a wakeboard cable park next year.   The cable park will be called Cowtown Wakepark and will be located along the Trinity River near Northside Drive.  It will be part of the Trinity Vision Project addressing issues including ecosystems, flood protection, recreational opportunities, urban revitalization, preserving green space and access to the waterfront.

The anticipated opening of the cable park is April 2011.

Texas is no stranger to wakeboard cable parks.  The Mastercraft Wake Park opened about a year ago on the east side of Fort Worth.
